(Event) Bread History Chef's Signature Series

One day when I'm viewing Groupon for some high tea with bf and *ping* email come in and I get invite for Bread History again. It save my life..!! haha.. So I replied them with a YES, and here I am at bread history event which they collaborate with anchor. argh.. my favourite brand of cheese. 

Bread History have just open up cafe type which located at Setia Spice Canopy. The cafe is just right beside Spice. Just to need more concern about the parking. There is limited place to park. 

the event start with briefing about the cheese. 


Before I go further, this is the interior of their second floor. Looks cozy right? you come here with you family, children or friends or after you done swimming with your friends. I just love their cafe design which is so nice, clean and not complicated. 



Ok here.. 2 cakes and 2 muffins are coming .. !!*drum roll*
There are 4 types of cake which is : 
1) Almond Rosa
a nutty almond butter sponge cake with a rich layer of cream cheese

2) Cheeznie
cream cheese sandwiched between two slices of decadent chocolate brownies and topped with chopped walnuts

3) First Love 
a sweet bread with a brown sugar cream cheese in the center sprinkled with brown sugar for that added crunch, guaranteeing love at first bite

4) Lady Marmalade
a sweet bread with an orange cream cheese filling topped with orange candied peel

All the cakes and muffins are available at Bread History. Hurry get up and get you cakes or muffin now. No more waiting.

Delicious Cheese cake at Bread History

Feeling hungry or wanna solve your sweet tooth? Lets get up from the chair and make your way to the nearest Bread History to have their brand new Cream Cheese which come with 3 different types. The delectable cream cheese indulgences include Kaien Chizu Tart, Winter Magma and Karui Snow Cake and were created by Fonterra’s own in-house patisserie chefs using Anchor Cream Cheese, and other Anchor products such as Anchor Cream, Anchor Butter and Anchor Cheese Slices. Its divine creamy goodness and taste will leave dessert lovers craving for more.




Kaien Chizu Tart 
The Kaien Chizu Tart in particular, is a sea salt cream tart with a rich cream cheese filling, topped with melted sliced cheese. The distinct taste of sea salt complements the tart’s luscious cheesy flavour.



Winter Magma 
Chocolate lovers will especially savour the Winter Magma, which is a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate soufflé. It has a cream cheese centre and is simply divine. 



Karui Snow Cake 
The Karui Snow Cake on the other hand, is fruity and fresh. Topped with a buttery almond crumble, the petit vanilla chiffon cake is light and delicate with mango passion cream cheese filling.

    No place to have Lou Shang or lazy to cook during 1st and 2nd day CNY? This post will save all of your trouble because they are open business from 30th night until 4th day of Chinese New Year. 

    Come let me show you what you can have at this restaurant, FYI, this are healthy,vegetarian and organic restaurant. 

    Let me show you their restaurant outlook: 


    Ok.. be prepared for foods pictures and here is their CNY Package.



    I will be talking about Package A. RM 488 for 10 person.

    1) Lou Shang 
    They also provide Lou Shang which is 100% from vegetables. I like this because they din't put ginger. I dislike to have Lou Shang because of ginger but this super love it..!! Highly recommend to those who dislike ginger. 


    2) Smooth and Happy Appetizer (4 course)
    Everything made out of mushroom



    3) Nourishing Soup 
    *taste a bit same like Shark fin soup but its not shark fin soup, no worries guys, we din't kill any Shark for this soup..!! *


    4) Treasure Pot (Phen Cai)
    Vegetarian people also can enjoy Phen Cai which is a must to have during Chinese New Year. This dish only can have during Chinese New Year. 
    Inside these pot have a lots of ingredients such as Eryngii mushrooms, monkey head mushrooms, golden tofu, radish, green papaya, seaweed, broccoli and fifteen types of organic ingredients


    5) Wealth and Prosperity Taro Fish
    Highly recommend too.. This fish are made by 100% taro and oatmilk.
    Looks chubby and cute right? SO go and have a try.

    6) Fortune Claypot Rice
    This claypot rice are made of brown rice, shredded pumpkins, carrots, red chillis and other organic ingredients. Fried tofu skin are included to give this dish a crispy edge. 
    Himalayan salt are sprinkled on top to add the taste to the rice.


    7) Fruitful Year (Dessert)


    Auspicious Golden Crispy Salmon  
    This dish only available for Package B (RM 688) but you can order as a-la carte. 
    It's made of taro and oatmilk. 


    Ideal Fo Tiao Qiang 
    This dish is for second package. They put ginseng and lots of goods herbs to cook together. 
    Ingredients: This soup contains eryngii mushroom (abalone), shark fin melon (shark fin), konjac (sea cucumber), organic fresh mushroom (sharkfin), organic bamboo shoot (fish maw), abalone mushroom (chicken drumstick), mushroom, Ginseng and Dang Gui.

    Happy Birthday to me.. 2014 part1

    Time really pass so fast like Japan bullet train and its now my birthday month. I have been keep waiting and thinking what to do or how to celebrate it. I keep told him that, birthday is a MUST to celebrate for me even a small on. I don't mind for it but have to celebrate. I have just lost a BFF which she can't celebrate her birthday this year and its such a sad thing,so pls celebrate it even a small one and don't regret it next time. 

    This year is my birthday cake year. I ate alot (I mean really alot) of birthday cake this year. How much KG i gain this year?? OMG.. FML..!!! 

    Ok, come let me show you how I celebrate it. So, when I say small it become big. Wtf.. haha.. 

    1st Celebration (Family)
    1st of all I celebrate with my bro which he also oct baby (same date with me on Chinese Calender) and persuade my dad to buy us 1 Baskin Robin Birthday cake. muahaha.!! I share with my bro le, so choose the expensive wan..

    2nd Celebration ( Giraffe's friends)
    Celebrate with Felicia which she fall 1 day after me.. This year we manage to celebrate together not just face to face with webcam. So, giraffe are so good to lent us his house to do BBQ with his friends. After work rush here and there to prepared the chairs, tables, fans. Wash the chairs, wash the tables coz its too dirty. Rush to Tesco to buy ingredients. Fuh.. Tiring but all worth it.. Although I get piss off at night. The moment I wanted to start BBQ it rain heavily which last 2 hours. Start late but end early(I mean early is really early which everyone is Cinderella, get what I mean 12am.. !!!! ). Some even decide to ppk us and din't even told us. 
    Ok, just forget all those bad stuff and lets carry on the happiest part.

    3rd Celebration (with our dearies) 

    We just have a simple celebration with our dearies at Sushi Zento, Sunway. 
    We choose to have sushi on dinner because its the most healthy dinner in Malaysia.lol..
    I'm not kidding. 
    Although its simple but its warm and memorable day. Love you guys.. muacks..
