Recently I had been drinking this every night before my dinner because I feel that I always ha a big portion during my dinner and I don't know why.. >< During breakfast or even lunch I barely eat or just simply picked a foods and eat. If I eat a lot during my breakfast and I will skip my lunch and straight to dinner. SOO, during dinner time I will be hungry. I guess this is the wrong way to diet.. need to eat even a little bit of foods.

I will mix it with soya bean or lemon or vitamin c.. 

It can cover a little bit of the smell and the taste. 

It tasted damn vege and a bit hard to swallow actually. So I decided to put in a bit of taste to cover it up. So I normally will mix it with vitamin c.. Planing to 1 stone kill to birds. Haha..!! 

Both also good for own body right? so mix it up and drink it.

actually it smell nice when I pour it out from that packets. It smell like a lot of fruits blend it together and I thought it will be taste good.. End up I speechless but the clever of me mix with some drinks. *blush* 

Ok.. Lets see how it works after 1 month.

Matao's birthday Celebration..!! (3rd post)

Yes.. you read it right.. I'm celebrating my birthday for the 3rd time.. hahah..!!! It gonna be a lot of celebration for me and of course I will never get bored about it.. The 3rd time I'm celebrating with giraffe alone to have Japanese foods in Penang. I told him that i'm getting really bored of having western food this year. We have our western foods on his birthday, our anniversary, valentines days. Ok.. no more western food so I just Google search for Japanese foods which bring in real Japanese chef to cook. I don't want like sushi king, sakae sushi,sushi zento which is expensive and cooked by Malaysian chef. So, when I google search for foods, Aji Noren come out right in front of me (laptop screen I mean.. hahah!!) I read some bloggers review on their shops, which come out with a good review and decided we just headed to there. 

I planned to book a room with tatami and just to of us inside the room. How romantic it was right? We can enjoy our meal and there is no people walking up and down passing by or peeking the foods you having in front of you.. That's really feel awkward. 

but they only allowed more den 5 ppl only can book. Oh.. how sad it was. 

While waiting him to finish his work, I prepared at home and of course selfie while he on the way to fetch me. Getting excited to just dress up and went out for a date and celebration.

One month before, I had planned with giraffe to have steamboat at my house. So I started to called all my babes to attend my birthday party at my house on Sunday night. Few days before the even, giraffe and I went for foods shopping at Gurney Paragon. 

At first, we just wanna pass by and have a look of the freshness foods. You know, shopping groceries with a chef is really killing my leg. He will look everything the he could and wondering how come the foods look like this, or why the foods is so fresh to the store. He will touch everything that he could touch and look every single things in the store. 

And I will be like the guys accompany their another half for shopping. Guys I know the feeling.. ><

To our surprise, we never think that their foods are fresh and slightly cheap. You know la.. Gurney Paragon right, high end stuff and for sure the price aren't cheap. 

We shop for their squid, mushroom and the vegetable fish balls. (damn i forget its fish or chicken ball) 

I know how to cooked but to compare with him, I really very very very far standard.. ><

But, next time I wont worry of my stomach get starving. haha!! 

you know, i will make him cook for me..!! yeah..!!

Pls ignore the pot which is not the steamboat pot. FYI, my house don't have the trend to do steamboat on Chinese New Year, we would just cooked rice. We are rice king. haha!!
