Delicious Cheese cake at Bread History

Kaien Chizu Tart 
The Kaien Chizu Tart in particular, is a sea salt cream tart with a rich cream cheese filling, topped with melted sliced cheese. The distinct taste of sea salt complements the tart’s luscious cheesy flavour.



Winter Magma 
Chocolate lovers will especially savour the Winter Magma, which is a melt-in-your-mouth chocolate soufflé. It has a cream cheese centre and is simply divine. 



Karui Snow Cake 
The Karui Snow Cake on the other hand, is fruity and fresh. Topped with a buttery almond crumble, the petit vanilla chiffon cake is light and delicate with mango passion cream cheese filling.

    Idealite Wellness Restaurant CNY Menu

     Idealite Wellness Restaurant, Penang

    No place to have Lou Shang or lazy to cook during 1st and 2nd day CNY? This post will save all of your trouble because they are open business from 30th night until 4th day of Chinese New Year. 

    Come let me show you what you can have at this restaurant, FYI, this are healthy,vegetarian and organic restaurant. 

    Let me show you their restaurant outlook: 


    Ok.. be prepared for foods pictures and here is their CNY Package.



    I will be talking about Package A. RM 488 for 10 person.

    1) Lou Shang 
    They also provide Lou Shang which is 100% from vegetables. I like this because they din't put ginger. I dislike to have Lou Shang because of ginger but this super love it..!! Highly recommend to those who dislike ginger. 


    2) Smooth and Happy Appetizer (4 course)
    Everything made out of mushroom



    3) Nourishing Soup 
    *taste a bit same like Shark fin soup but its not shark fin soup, no worries guys, we din't kill any Shark for this soup..!! *


    4) Treasure Pot (Phen Cai)
    Vegetarian people also can enjoy Phen Cai which is a must to have during Chinese New Year. This dish only can have during Chinese New Year. 
    Inside these pot have a lots of ingredients such as Eryngii mushrooms, monkey head mushrooms, golden tofu, radish, green papaya, seaweed, broccoli and fifteen types of organic ingredients


    5) Wealth and Prosperity Taro Fish
    Highly recommend too.. This fish are made by 100% taro and oatmilk.
    Looks chubby and cute right? SO go and have a try.

    6) Fortune Claypot Rice
    This claypot rice are made of brown rice, shredded pumpkins, carrots, red chillis and other organic ingredients. Fried tofu skin are included to give this dish a crispy edge. 
    Himalayan salt are sprinkled on top to add the taste to the rice.


    7) Fruitful Year (Dessert)


    Auspicious Golden Crispy Salmon  
    This dish only available for Package B (RM 688) but you can order as a-la carte. 
    It's made of taro and oatmilk. 


    Ideal Fo Tiao Qiang 
    This dish is for second package. They put ginseng and lots of goods herbs to cook together. 
    Ingredients: This soup contains eryngii mushroom (abalone), shark fin melon (shark fin), konjac (sea cucumber), organic fresh mushroom (sharkfin), organic bamboo shoot (fish maw), abalone mushroom (chicken drumstick), mushroom, Ginseng and Dang Gui.

    Pulau Aman ~~ Penang

    Date: 13 May 2014 
    Time : Noon 
    Venue : Pulau Aman, Penang 
    Coordinates: 5.2667° N, 100.4000° E

    Decide to pass our holiday to eat nice and good foods. We have been talking about this for so long the end we manage to make a trip to Pulau Aman. Its a fishing village and they earn money from fishing. According to the boatman, this island located around 200 peoples.  We reach there for a lunch break. Btw, try to go early to get a table at the restaurant. Mostly people will advise us to go early for nicer seafood, but from my own experience the boat come in after 10 mins one with their fish.. So there is no worry of lack of seafood to choose, the only you have to worry is lack of table to seat down and enjoy your meal. 

    Car park : RM 2 
    Ferry : RM 6 per person go and back from the island. 

    This is the jetty. You have to board the ferry from here to Pulau Aman. 
    Its only took around 2-3 mins speed boat ride. 

    Can you see it?? 
    Its our second Penang bridge that just done build and it also means that we have to bridge to cross over to Penang Island. I never been there before because for me its too far. 

    Wait let me zoom it.. 
    Here.. you can see clearly the Second Penang Bridge. 


    Ok... not waste any of our time, 
    Pls enjoy your ride. haha..!! 
    Btw all this people are bring all their fishing equipment to Pulau Aman. 

    Yes this is the speed boat that fetch us over the island. 


    Ok.. reached the island and all you can see is boat.. haha..!! 
    The boat is everywhere parking. 
    Told you what, its a fish village.. haha..!!

    Btw everything you have to walk, no taxi/cab, no bike so fully use your 2 legs.. hehehe.. 

    ** REMINDER: take umbrella with you just in case for sun or rain. If there is no rain, then the sun gonna damn bright and hot.. Its very hard to find shadow.. **

    Right after you come down from the jetty you will saw this board. Just in front of you.. 
    So no worries you will get lost here. So my main point going there is to eat the fresh mantis shrimp and just followed the sign Restoran Terapung ( Floating Rstaurant).



    !00m, you will saw the restaurant on your left, so just go in and choose your mantis shrimp. Rmbr to ask the price first before you said ok. Different sizes of the mantis shrimp different price. 
    Btw, I know you all will curious why only i keep mention mantis shrimp because its famous there.. haha.. nice answer right?? 
    You can choose fish, prawn or crab. They will help you too cook. 
    NO worries and no need bring all you kitchen utensils.  


    Oh.. Hi fish.. not sure what fish is this *blush*

    Lets come to the menu. Their menu is very easy. 7 choices for you. 



    Sorry Buddy, we have to eat you but you really taste good.. so fresh.. 
    you don't even need any extra sauce to dip, you are sweet enough to just eat like this..
    We only steam the mantis shrimp and wala.. look good right?
    hehe..

    Matao's Home Made Cake

    Banana Muffin
    Here are the recipes:
    1. 1 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
    2. 1 teaspoon of baking powder 
    3. 1 teaspoon of baking soda
    4. 1/2 teaspoon of salt
    5. 3 large bananas 
    6. 3/4 cups of white sugar
    7. 1 large egg
    8. 1/3 butter (melted)

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).Coat muffin pans with non-stick spray, or use paper liners. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
    2. Combine bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter in a large bowl. Fold in flour mixture, and mix until smooth. Scoop into muffin pans.
    3. Bake in preheated oven. 
    4. Bake mini muffins for 10 to 15 minutes, and large muffins for 25 to 30 minutes. 
    5. Muffins will spring back when lightly tapped.

    This is my first time baking with this recipes.. I will do it again with pretty surface..

    Muffin day

    Brought this pack few days ago at Billion supermarket when I followed my parents for Chinese New Year shopping which we did it every year. As us for Chinese we have to stock up all fridge and food cabinet with lots of foods, I mean a lot which can last you 2 weeks foods. That is crazy. We have to stock up drinks for relatives or friends who come for a visit during Chinese new year time. Foods for prayers. 

    Ok come back to my baking muffin stories,found this pack and flip it to read the steps to bake it. I was like woah.. it so easy. what we need is just mixed all the dry ingredient with some eggs and water. If we baked from zero, we have to prepared some ingredients and start from below.

    More food to come.. I used to bake lot of cakes or cookies or make some sushi.. 
    But my family stomach are to small to fill in all my foods.
    but now I have giraffe.. He gonna become my next rat test.. haha..!!
